Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must contact us at info.surgesolutions@gmail.com within 1 hour of ordering for cancellation to be guaranteed. 

Should your request be sent later than 1 hour after the placement of your order, your cancellation request may still be accepted, depending on whether your order has yet been shipped.

When requesting a cancellation, please include your order number in the email.
